This is the genuine CD surrounded by a 7" vinyl record, raised within the frame, giving a fantastic 3D 'floating' effect. This is surrounded by either plain white cartridge paper or sheet music and a black, white or oak-effect frame, with a clear plastic glass front.
Please note that the sheet music will not relate to the CD.
